Maybe you should get mad/worried RIGHT before a running race, since you did so well. ;-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8977098453841625304.post-71513404727845364912011-02-24T08:54:00.995-08:002011-02-24T08:54:00.995-08:00I know exactly how you feel about the journaling. ...I know exactly how you feel about the journaling. I do the very same thing! i have decided if I bite it....I write it. And I know that the final step is that darned spread sheet. that is where I have the issue too. I write everything down and the hardest thing is getting it on the computer. Anyway Congrats on the running you inspire me!Beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17493707701912916614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8977098453841625304.post-67530345136599653072011-02-24T03:58:58.497-08:002011-02-24T03:58:58.497-08:00Awesome! One thing to consider: buy one of those 2 x 3 mini pocket notebooks and keep it with you all day in a pocket (not a purse which you can walk away from, but a pocket). Eat something, book comes out, quick jotting down of food, time, qty, hunger, etc...book goes back in pocket. Then later you can transfer it to the actual spreadsheet if you want. AND CONGRATS on breaking you 3 mile run time! Way to go! My running has fallen off lately so you have inspired me to get out there today and really apply myself. Thanks for that inspiration!Sherrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05744670447443802275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8977098453841625304.post-22542778460437845702011-02-22T22:53:05.051-08:002011-02-22T22:53:05.051-08:00Way to go, Becky! Great testament to how exercising helps in so many ways.

I wonder if fear is a part of why the food is tougher for you. I know that is the tougher part for me. Does the idea of keeping track stress you out?

I was worried that I would die without my "secret stashes" of food. Don't know if that's the case for you. But see if you can't try to go "hard core" for just a day. Keep track of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. And try and make it a healthy eating day. See how that makes you feel as you open your eyes the following morning.

And congrats on your PR 3 mile!!!!!!Rob Johansenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15308948354235859899noreply@blogger.com
